Nature of Our Service
RepairDaddy.in provides a cloud-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP application for independent repair shops. We confirm that:
- We are a software provider, not a repair service center.
- We do not perform physical repairs on devices.
- We do not take custody of end-user devices.
No End-User Liability
As a B2C software platform, RepairDaddy.in is not a party to any transaction between the repair shops (our clients) and their customers (end-users).
We accept no liability for:

- • Loss or damage of devices at repair centers.
