1. Introduction

Welcome to RepairDaddy. By accessing our software and website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Software License

RepairDaddy grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

3. Device Binding and Usage Limits

Your license determines the maximum number of Host and Child devices (PCs and Mobile apps) you can use. Attempting to bypass hardware binding, modifying hardware IDs, or using unauthorized versions of the software will result in immediate license termination.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are securely processed through our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

5. Offline Expiration

For security and license verification purposes, offline devices must connect to the internet periodically (e.g., every 30 days) to re-validate the license signature. Failure to do so will result in temporary suspension of access until internet connectivity is restored.

6. Data Privacy

RepairDaddy respects your privacy. We collect minimal information required for license management and software functionality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

RepairDaddy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software, including data loss or business interruptions.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the software implies acceptance of the new terms.
