RepairDaddy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. There is no physical shipping involved. All services and software features are delivered digitally through our platform.

2. Account Activation

Upon successful payment or registration for a trial, your account and the RepairDaddy dashboard will be activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with your login details.

3. Access Issues

If you experience any technical issues accessing the platform after purchase, please contact our support team immediately. We aim to resolve all access-related issues within 24 hours.
