By accessing and using RepairDaddy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RepairDaddy provides a cloud-based CRM platform for repair businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Software Usage & Licensing
RepairDaddy is a SaaS product. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform based on your subscription tier. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
5. Limitation of Liability
RepairDaddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
